At 1st Care Home, caring for others is not just a job — it’s our life’s work. With over 20 years of experience, we began our journey in 2005 in Vancouver, Washington, providing compassionate, hands-on care to seniors.
Today, we continue that mission in Battle Ground, WA, where we’ve created a peaceful, resort-style home on 5 beautiful acres. Our goal is simple: to provide a safe, comfortable environment where every resident feels respected, valued, and truly at home.
As homeowners living in the residence, we offer a unique level of attention and care. We build real relationships with our residents and treat them like family every single day.

Located on 5 acres in Battle Ground, residents enjoy beautiful nature views, a quiet environment, and relaxing outdoor space.
Inside, we provide a large living room with comfortable recliner chairs, a cozy space for cards and chess, and walk-in showers designed for safety.
We proudly serve home-cooked, nutritious meals daily, creating a true home experience—not just a care facility.
